The check-in process was smooth, and the room, although small, was acceptable and clean. Despite the limited reception hours, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast, although served in a nearby bar, was satisfactory.

The location was perfect, close to the train station. The owners were helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. Security was excellent. Nearby restaurants were reasonably priced.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a short trip and was pleasantly surprised by several aspects. the location near the biggest metro station in the city made it incredibly convenient for exploring Rome. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that I had a comfortable stay. The rooms were well-maintained and had basic amenities like air conditioning and a bathroom. The presence of free wifi was also a bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my visit. Another highlight was the included breakfast, which was both satisfying and convenient.

The noise level from neighboring rooms could be improved.

The location of the hotel was really convenient as it was really near to the Termini station, making it easy to explore the city. it was right next to the train station, which made it convenient for us to catch our train early in the morning. The rooms were clean and cosy, providing a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us tips on how to navigate the city and suggesting places to visit.

One negative aspect was that the bed was a bit wobbly, which might be a concern for heavier individuals or couples.
